Synopsis
In 1970, during the awards evening of Miss World competition, the most-watched TV show with over 100 million viewers, London’s Women’s Liberation Movement invaded the stage and disrupted the live broadcast. When the show resumed, the result caused an uproar: the winner was not the Swedish favourite but Miss Grenada, the first black woman to be crowned Miss World!
